Step 2 - Under Publications and Bookings > Select Publications.

How it affects the sidebar
The publication name and issues will no longer be displayed in the sidebar, once they have been marked as inactive.

If you can't find a publication or issue in MagManager, then that would explain why. Should you need to, you can always return to the publication settings and set the publication or issue back to active.
How it affect the client booking grid
Publications marked as inactive will no longer be listed under the Publications heading.
Issues marked as inactive will either be no longer display the issue, or if there are other publications with the same issue month still active, then the issues title will still display but the details of historical bookings will be greyed out.
