Trouble Shooting:
Q1 - Client names are greyed out when viewing the 'Break On' drop-down box in the content section of the Advertiser Index settings page.
Cause: It's a device cache issue.
Solution: Clear and switch off the current ‘Break On’ settings & click 'Generate PDF' to save. If the client names still don't appear as normal then do a hard refresh of the page - pressing Ctrl and F5 and that should bring them back to normal.
Q2 - I have updated the advertiser index settings, but the index page is not updating to show the changes.
Cause: A change has caused the page to become disconnected. You'll know it's disconnected as the Select Index Page button will display (0 selected)
Solution: Go to the flat plan and delete the index page background. Return to the Advertiser Index Settings and reset the index page > Click Select Index Page (0 selected) > Select the page > Click Generate PDF.
